  1. We see opportunities for collaboration for art and architecture students and NuPath. We would love to engage the students in a potential competition project of creating sculptures to the name of those who were part of NuPath. The project is to design a single sculpture or installation that could be dynamically multiplied on site. The outdoor space is located on the back green space of the building, located in 147 New Boston Street in Woburn, MA and it is currently being planned as the Outdoor Sculpture Park . ArtHouse Artistic Director Theaster Gates and project leadership seek qualifications from artists and designers interested in creating temporary, original, site-responsive public artwork(s) for ArtHouse, an underutilized 15,000 square foot facility undergoing renovations in downtown Gary, Indiana. The competition site encompasses an area that has been much contested locally, with several local community groups having been involved with, or producing schemes for, alternative visions for this part of the town. The proposed site includes a variety of stakeholders, and land in multiple ownership, including but not limited to Devon County Council, East Devon District Council, South West Water, and individual local landowners. In line with the Pittsburgh 200 theme, AIA Pittsburgh's Young Architects Studio Competition will focus on a true Pittsburgh icon that celebrates our history and future: the Bayer Billboard Site. The Bayer sign was built in the 1920s, and has several incarnations and names such as the Alcoa sign, which rented the space from 1962 to 1993.
