We featured shoes disguised as toucans, swans and ducks, as well as a set of two-faced tableware and an unusual house with a pebble-filled garden and roof terrace behind its walls. Readers debated whether an underground extension to an Austrian museum bore too much of a resemblance to the Louvre in Paris and the new London headquarters for Google engineers were compared to spacecrafts, the Big Brother house and German youth hostels.
